What We Run On

Machinery Built for Precision at Scale

Every bright bar we supply passes through a dedicated line of drawing, straightening, cutting and finishing machinery. Across our three drawing machines, we cover 16mm to 75mm for bright bar and 6mm to 25mm for wire rod — so before you order, you can know whether your size is one we run every day.

Each drawing machine has a matching straightening machine on the same size range, which means straightness correction is a built-in step, not an afterthought.

  • 16mm–75mm bright bar drawing capacity
  • 6mm–25mm wire rod drawing capacity
  • Matched straightening on every drawing range
  • In-house surface finishing and weight verification

Why It Matters

What This Means for Your Order

01

You Know Your Size Is Covered

With drawing capacity from 16mm to 75mm in bar and 6mm to 25mm in wire rod, most standard engineering sizes run on our regular lines rather than needing special arrangement.

02

Straightness Is Built Into the Process

Every size range that gets drawn also gets straightened on matched equipment, rather than straightening being a separate, optional step.

03

Finishing and Weight Are Checked In-House

Shot blasting, belt polishing and calibrated weighing scales mean surface finish and dispatch weight are controlled on-site, not outsourced.

FAQs

Infrastructure — Common Questions

Q

What size range can you manufacture?

Across our drawing machines, we cover 16mm to 75mm for bright bar and 6mm to 25mm for wire rod. Send us your required size and we will confirm which line it runs on and the expected lead time.

Q

Do you straighten every size you draw?

Yes. Each of our three drawing machines has a matching straightening machine on the same size range, so straightness is checked and corrected as part of the standard process, not as an optional extra.

Q

How do you finish the bar surface?

Depending on the product, bars go through bar shot blasting or belt polishing (14mm to 50mm) to achieve the required surface finish. Coils go through a separate coil shot blasting process.

Q

What is your material handling capacity?

We operate 5 overhead cranes, each rated at 7.5 MT capacity, across our facility for safe and efficient handling of raw material and finished bar.

Q

Can you cut bars to a specific length?

Yes. We operate band saw and shearing machines for cutting bar to the length you require.

Q

How is weight verified before dispatch?

We use calibrated weighing scales to verify consignment weight before dispatch, so the quantity billed matches what is shipped.

Have a specific size or grade in mind?

Tell us your requirement and we will confirm feasibility, pricing and lead time.
